This reusable hot/cold pack is great for all types of sports injuries or to keep at home in case of any accidents. It can be used as a heat pad when microwaved and applied to the affected area or as an ice pack when removed from the freezer and applied to the affected area.

You can use ice on your face before moisturising your face. It will prepare your face for makeup and reduce puffiness on your face. Ice will help you improve your skin’s blood circulation and add glow to your face.
Using cold packs, can benefit makeup application by tightening skin, minimizing pores, and creating a smoother canvas for makeup. This can help makeup look more even, extend its wear, and create a more natural, glowing finish.

For use as a COLD PACK
Store in freezer for 2 hours before use
Remove Ice Pack from freezer, wrap in a thin cloth and place on affected area
Apply compress / bandage to secure if required
Return to freezer after use
For use as a HOT PACK
HOT WATER
Immerse reusable pack in hot water for 10 min (15 min if frozen)
Remove from hot water, wrap in a thin cloth before use
Apply to the affected area
MICROWAVE:
Place into microwave for 30sec if pack is at room temperature (1min if frozen)
Check that the right temperature has been achieved
Apply to the affected area
